Functions related to monitoring GPS location

Positioning is inaccurate

Shows only the data obtained from the phone. There are three possibilities that may occur:

1. Application gets data from the GPS receiver in the phone
   can happen only when the phone has GPS feature enabled. In this case the obtained location very precise.
    
2. Application obtains data from the GPS receiver in the phone
   happens especially when the phone's GPS function is disabled. Applications in this case gets at least approximate location based on cell BTS mobile operator to which the phone is connected. The accuracy depends on the density of the BTS cells around the target phone.
    
3. Application does not get any indication from the phone
   happens when the phone is turned off, for example, or in flight mode. In exceptional cases, an application may freeze up and starts to send data to restart the phone.
